One Design Rigging sells Harken hardware and Lion Sailing rope and sails for one-design classes. This page explains what we collect when you use odrigging.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Accounts: if you create one, your name, email and a password. We store only a secure hash of the password.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we see only the card brand and last four digits.
- Quote requests: what you type into the quote form, with your name, email, phone and ZIP code.
- Search questions: when AI answers are turned on, the question you type is sent to Cloudflare's Workers AI service to write the answer. We keep the question for 90 days to improve answers, then delete it.
- Site use: Google Analytics measures which pages are visited, if analytics is on for this site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person.
Cookies
- odr_cart and odr_cart_count remember your cart for 30 days.
- odr_token keeps you signed in for up to 7 days.
- Google Analytics and Cloudflare set their own cookies when those services are in use.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to fill your order: our suppliers, Harken and the Lion Sailing loft, Stripe (payments and sales tax), the shipping carriers, and the services that host this site and send our emails. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Search questions are deleted after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@odrigging.com. We reply within 30 days.
