Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed on odrigging.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars. Harken parts are sold at Harken's minimum advertised price. Sales tax is added at checkout.
• Harken parts ship in about 3 days. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.
• If a part turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund that part in full.

Quotes

Quoted parts, sails and freight are priced by email. A quote's payment link works for 30 days; after that we price it again.

Splicing

Rope, shackles, strips and covers are charged at checkout. The loft prices splices after you order and emails you a payment link. Your halyard ships once the splicing is paid.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses. Delivery times, rates and freight are explained on the shipping page.

Returns

Unused parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, less a 10% restocking fee. Cut rope, spliced lines and sails are made for you and are final sale, as are hydraulic and quote-only Harken parts. See the returns and exchanges page.

Warranty

Parts carry their maker's warranty: Harken for hardware, Lion Sailing for rope and sails. We help you make a claim.

Limits

We are not responsible for losses beyond the price you paid for the part in question, as far as the law allows. Rigging should be fitted and checked by a competent person.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
